I can’t sign in

Use the method you originally chose: Apple, Google, or email. If you use email and forgot your password, choose Sign in → Forgot password? in the app. Check spam or junk folders for the reset email.

If you already have an account, choose Sign in rather than Create your account. Creating an account again may show a neutral confirmation message without sending another email.

My practice hasn’t synced

Check your connection, then open Profile → Account settings → Sync now. Use the same account on both devices. Earlier practice saved before sign-in can be added with Add saved practice.

Keep the app installed while a sync issue is unresolved. Unsynced work and playback recordings are stored locally; recordings do not sync between devices.

Recording isn’t working

Allow microphone and speech recognition access in your device settings. If speech recognition is unavailable, you can write your approach instead. Review the saved transcript before requesting a reasoning check.

A reasoning check failed

Your saved answer stays available. Follow the message beside your answer to retry or revise it. If you reach the beta check limit, return after the indicated limit resets.

Automated feedback can be mistaken. If an assessment seems wrong, contact us with the problem name and what you expected.

Delete your account

Open Profile → Account settings → Delete account and confirm. This permanently removes your account and synced practice. The app explains which local data is cleared and shows confirmation when deletion finishes.

If deletion is interrupted, reopen the app online to finish it. If you cannot access your account, contact support@algomaxx.dev for help. See Privacy Policy for storage and retention details.

If you used Apple and it was not disconnected automatically, open your Apple Account → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple → AlgoMaxx → Stop Using Sign in with Apple.
